Who do I contact for questions regarding my water bill?
Contact the Finance Department at (928) 289-5533 or you may visit the office. We are located at 119 E. First Street. Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Who do I contact for questions or issues regarding trash and/or recycling?
Contact Waste Management Customer Service by calling (928) 289-0674.
How do I make a payment?
Water bills may be paid in the office with cash, check or debit/credit card. There is a night drop box located near the front door of the office for after hour payments. Bills may also be paid online at www.xpressbillpay.com. There are no fees to use this method of payment.
When is my water bill due?
Utility payments are due on the 21st of each month. Payment can be remitted upon receipt of the utility bill or any time before the due date.
When is a late fee added to my bill?
Utility bills not paid prior to close of business (4:00 pm) on the due date are considered late and a $20.00 late fee will be added to the next month's bill. However, bills can also be paid online at www.xpressbillpay.com until 9:00 pm on the due date without accruing a late fee.
When will my water be shut off if I am late or haven't paid my bill?
Water shut off is scheduled for one week after the utility bill due date of the 21st. Please note, a $40.00 reconnect fee must be paid prior to the reconnection of water services.
Will my water deposit be returned to me?
Deposits will be credited to your account after one year of good payment history. Accounts are evaluated in April and October.
How do I make changes to my water service?
Changes to service such as shut-offs for residents relocating outside the City can be made online at www.winslowaz.gov by completing the Utility Service Disconnect form (click the Document Center icon) or in person. All other changes must be made in person in the office. If you are unsure, please call us at (928) 289-5533.
