Member of Navajo County Library District:

• Library card applicants 18 years or older must provide proof of identity and proof of current address such as a driver's license or state-issued ID card, utility bill or rent receipt. 

• Parents or guardians must show this information when co-signing on a child's application. 

• Children are not allowed to use the Internet without a signed Internet agreement filled out by the parent. 

• The first library card is issued at no charge.  A replacement card is $3.00.
