Finance / Utilities Department
The Finance Department’s mission is to optimally manage the City’s financial resources and provide support services to the City’s management.
The department is responsible for budget forecasting, debt management, accounting, financial reporting, utility billing, and revenue collection.
The department goals are to participate in the development of sound fiscal policies. A focus is placed on internal controls, accountability, accuracy and transparency of financial transactions and documentation while complying with state and federal regulations.
