Home Town Kickstart
In 2022, HGTV aired the first season of Home Town Kickstart. HGTV's small town renewal movement goes across the country as six teams of renovation superstars give struggling cities the kickstart they need to thrive. Each team tackles three big projects to boost the town's revitalization efforts and community pride.
Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb from HGTV's Unsellable Houses partnered with the City of Winslow to create an Art Car, remodel the house of a local football coach, and update a beloved business.
Leslie and Lyndsay designed their car to represent the Southwest and Arizona-focused art. They worked with the Winslow High School Future Farmers of America Welding Class to create metal cut-outs in the window areas of the VW Bug.
