The City Water Department is performing emergency repairs to a water line break on Bales Ave. Residents in the Winslow Plaza neighborhood will be affected and may experience low water pressure or water service interruptions.
Vehicle traffic in this neighborhood will be detoured and drivers are encouraged to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while work is underway. Thank you for your patience as the repairs are being completed.

Interstate 40 westbound at mp 252 ( Winslow), eastbound closed at Ash Fork and Highway 87 southbound (from Winslow) are now closed due to winter weather driving conditions including several accidents.
There is no estimate on when these roads will reopen. Updates will be posted as they are received. Drivers can also check for updates, maps and view closures on

WUSD Federal Programs invites the public to an Author Visit with Diné (Navajo) author and filmmaker Brian Young!
Brian Young is a graduate of both Yale University, with a Bachelor’s in Film Studies, and Columbia University, with a Master’s in Creative Writing Fiction. An enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, he grew up on the Navajo Reservation but now currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
