Please be advised that the City of Winslow Finance Department is experiencing telephone line issues at this time. We ask that you please utilize the 24/7 Xpress Bill Pay option to make payments. Please dial toll free: 888-605-1054.
You may also call the Xpress Bill Pay - Payment Center at 385-218-0343, and make payments over the phone with a live operator. Thank you for your understanding. An update will be sent when the phone lines to the Finance Department have been restored.

Xpress Bill Pay will be completing a database maintenance window this Saturday night from 10:00 PM through Sunday Morning at 6:00 AM MT
The site will be completely offline during these hours. The maintenance to be performed will require blocking the creation of any transaction until the maintenance is completed.

The City of Winslow Transfer Station cannot accept oil and other petroleum products, large amounts of paint, batteries, tanks of any kind, chemicals, or heavy construction debris (concrete, dirt, stucco, iron beams, large amount of wood, etc.)
Items Not Accepted:
Hazardous waste
Prohibited medical waste
Dead animals
Loads of fly and bottom ash
Foundry sand
Rocks, rubble
Explosives
Ordnance
Concrete, cement
Roof shingles or felt
Highly flammable substances and noxious materials
Refrigerators
Lead-acid batteries
Drums and closed containers (unless washed, ends removed, and crushed)
Liquid waste
Oil
Large items of machinery and equipment from commercial or industrial sources

The City of Winslow is excited to welcome students participating in our partnership with Winslow High School. This program allows students to earn up to one full credit while gaining valuable work experience and getting paid to work in our Parks and Roadside departments.

NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Winslow, Arizona, will be selling to the highest bidder various items of surplus property at public auction. The items include: fuel truck, fire truck, miscellaneous fire equipment, loader, passenger vehicle(s). The auction will be conducted by Public Surplus through its online marketplace at www.publicsurplus.com/sms/browse/home with bidding opening at 6:00 a.m. on May 30, 2024 and closing at 1:00 p.m. on June 13, 2024.
The City makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, of any nature as to the condition of the goods offered for sale. All sales are in AS-IS condition at buyer’s risk. Questions concerning the sale should be addressed to 928-289-1455.

Please be advised that waste service collection will not be impacted on Memorial Day Monday, May 27th. Waste Management will be working as usual, so please remember to bring your containers to the curb on Monday.

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the dignity and cleanliness of our cemetery grounds, we are conducting our annual gravesite clean-up. This process ensures that our sacred resting places remain beautiful and well-kept, honoring the memories of our loved ones.
We kindly request all families and visitors to assist us in this endeavor by removing all items, decorations, and personal belongings from gravesites. This includes but is not limited to flowers, candles, ornaments, and any other mementos.
The clean-up will commence on May 23rd. During this time, our dedicated staff will be diligently working to tidy and beautify the entire cemetery grounds.
Any items left on gravesites after the specified date will be respectfully removed.
